These providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We may change providers as our services evolve, but we will update this Policy when a material change affects how personal information is handled.

Coaching Sessions Recordings and Notes:

We will provide notice and request consent before recording a personalized support or coaching session. Recording is optional. If you decline, the session may proceed with written notes only. When consent is provided, recordings may be created through Google Meet or another disclosed meeting platform and processed through Descript or another disclosed transcription or editing provider. Recordings are used privately for review, accuracy and service improvement. They are not a customer deliverable and will not be used in advertising, testimonials, public examples or staff training without separate written permission. We generally delete session recordings within 90 days.

Retention:

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, accounting, security and dispute-resolution needs. Our general retention approach is:

• Session recordings: no longer than 90 days unless a longer period is required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

• Coaching intake forms and working notes: generally 12 months after the session.

• Written customer summaries: generally three years.

• Purchase, payment and transaction records: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations.

• Scorecard responses and subscriber information: until no longer needed for the stated purpose, the subscriber unsubscribes where applicable, or a valid deletion request is completed, subject to lawful retention needs.

• Website analytics: according to the settings and retention periods of the relevant analytics provider.

Selling and Sharing Personal Information:
